Rooms were cleaned every day & we got fresh towels every day
I needed a hotel in close walking distance to Aston University and that is exactly what I got. I found the hotel comfortable, clean and the staff friendly. There is car parking within the ncp car park behind which I had 25% off at the reception. For easy access to the University I would definately stay here again.
The service was greatt
Very close to the Childrens hospital
My stay there was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff were very polite and obliging & i would stay there again
The provision of tea & coffee making facillicies in rooms would be an excellant idea.
Good location, was able to check in with ease at 11pm which we worried may be a problem.
There was a constant whining noise the whole night we were there and located this within the air ventilation system, even when turned off this was still there. The air ventilation kept blowing out cold air when it was set to hot. Finally, the hotel took our credit card details three times, not sure why this was necessary at all and found it quite annoying.
The staff were very friendly and did evryting to make our stay enjoyable
Speedy check in and quiet a good location as needed to be beside childrens hospital.
We booked a double room, the double bed was only really a large single not very comfortable.
The staff at reception and the restaurant were excellent, very friendly. The restaurant provided high quality dining!
it was freindly and accessesalble from main station
The room was clean, comfortable and very quiet. It was conveniently located for the university for the graduation ceremony we were attending.
The recptionist could have been more welcoming on our arrival.
easy check in,large room, nice staff, good value parking nearby
The Hotel is clean and functional. As it is on the outskirts of the city centre, short notice room availability is good, but quite a walk to . I paid £60 for a decent room - about the right rate for what I needed - somewhere to sleep for 7 hours
Petty issues. It was unfortunate the TV had been placed so close to the wall. 30 minutes and a phone call to reception revealed the on/off button on the side was never going to be found without help as you couldn't get to it. Pretty basic room information. Currently near a building site and whilst this is not an issue, walking into the city is not a happy experience
Check in was good as they had not received booking from yourselves
staff were very nice and very helpful. room was clean and bed was comfortable.
the room we stayed in 402 was like sleeping on the motorway i think if we had stayed for two nights im sure they would of moved us if we had asked. the bar also was pricy and not much choice was thinking of dining at the restaurant but again very pricy. so we ate else where. hotels in better location for same price.
